In 2012, A3 absorbed Dipsa and organizes its new Industrial Engineering Division.
Also in 2012 a new office was opened in Mexico. It has an important activity through the acquired Dipsa in the Industrial Sector and Steel Industry. Its experience focuses on the EPC management projects in Industrial Plants and EPC in Metal Structure.
Oil & Gas Engineering Division is established since 2013. That's when incorporating new professionals with extensive experience in the Oil&Gas sector, developing its activity in consulting and execution of LNG and Gas projects, achieving a rapid expansion.
A3 TRADE AGREEMENTS
It is a company which belongs to the group Saint Gobain and specializes in the manufacture of sandwich panels, especially sandwich panel with the highest acoustic performance, fire protection and mechanical resistence. Its products have multiple applications, from industrial closings, to residential and singular building. A3 has the exclusive representation of ACH products in Mexico.
Añuri is a spanish business founded more than 50 years ago which is dedicated to the design, manufacture and assembly of metal constructions. A3 and Añuri have an exclusivity agreement to develop this product in Mexico thanks to our offices in this country.
It is a company which main activity is the detail engineering, supply, prefabrication and mechanical assembly of pipelines and static or rotating teams of different mechanical installations. Within this activity, welding, both materials carbon as stainless, austenitic and ferritic steel and alloyed, prominently.
They also have multiple references at turnkey projects coordinating sub-contracting of civil engineering, electricity, insulation, etc.
We have an agreement for the exclusive development in the Mexican market as well as projects already implemented in different parts of the world.
